The 2026 Suzuki e VITARA marks a significant step forward as Suzuki's first fully electric SUV, combining compact practicality with modern EV performance and everyday usability.
Built on an all-new dedicated electric platform, the e VITARA is designed to deliver smooth, quiet driving with responsive acceleration suited to both city and open-road conditions.
The range is to include a front-wheel drive variant powered by a single electric motor producing 128kW, as well as an all-wheel drive ALLGRIP version featuring dual motors with outputs up to 135kW and 307Nm. Battery options include 49kWh and 61kWh lithium iron phosphate packs, with the larger battery delivering a WLTP driving range of up to approximately 395-425 km depending on specification.
Charging capability supports both AC and DC fast charging, with DC charging able to replenish the battery from around 10-80% in approximately 45 minutes under optimal conditions, making it practical for longer journeys as well as daily commuting.
Inside, the e VITARA features a modern, technology-focused cabin with dual digital displays, integrated navigation and smartphone connectivity including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Models are to include features such as a 360-degree camera, premium audio system, wireless charging and heated seating, enhancing comfort and convenience.
Safety and driver assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, autonomous emergency braking and a full suite of airbags and stability systems to support driver awareness and occupant protection.
