The 2026 Suzuki e VITARA 2WD EV is a fully electric SUV designed to deliver efficient, smooth, and responsive performance for everyday driving.

This 2WD variant is powered by a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous electric motor producing up to 128kW and 193Nm, driving the front wheels through a single-speed reduction gear.

The powertrain is built around an integrated eAxle system, combining the electric motor, inverter, and transmission into one compact unit. This setup provides instant torque delivery, seamless acceleration, and simplified operation with no traditional gear changes.

Energy is supplied by a 61kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, chosen for durability and thermal stability. The system delivers a driving range of up to approximately 426km (WLTP) with energy consumption rated at around 15.1kWh/100km.

Charging capability includes AC charging up to 7kW and DC fast charging up to 65kW, supporting practical day-to-day use as well as longer trips. A battery thermal management system is also fitted to help maintain performance and efficiency across varying conditions.

Multiple driving modes including Eco, Normal, and Sport allow the driver to tailor performance and efficiency, while regenerative braking helps recover energy during deceleration.

Combining a modern EV platform, efficient front-wheel drive layout, and a well-integrated electric powertrain, the e VITARA offers a straightforward and practical step into electric SUV ownership.
